- Pass Entrance Exam with 70% should you not have a GED/High School Diploma.

- High-speed internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 3 Mbps

- Built-in or external speakers. Hard-wired or Bluetooth speakers are acceptable.

- Android and iPhone users can assess the learning management system via an app

REQUIRED COURSEWORK
The Online NATP prepares students to sit for the certified nursing assistant’s exam. Nurse aides are responsible for helping patients with activities of daily living, assisting with personal hygiene, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and communicating vital health information about a patient’s condition to other medical staff who supervise their work. Students in this program should expect to attend 60 hours of interactive lectures via Zoom, frequent homework assignments, individual projects, and case presentations. Student should be prepared to attend all 100 clinical hours in person.
Course Requirements Graduation
Grades evaluation will be separate for classroom, lab and clinicals. Classroom evaluation will consist of 9 written tests and a final written exam. The class grade will be the average of all tests and the final exam. Lab practice and clinical will be a Pass/Fail system based on performance observation by the instructor. Students must receive an overall course grade of 70% in order to pass the course and receive a certificate of completion to take the state exam to become a nurse aide.
